All termination notices should be sent to the designated address for the respective Site with the header "NOTICE OF TERMINATION/CHANGE OF USER STATUS." Termination/change does not affect any obligations or rights arising before the effective date of termination. Termination is effective upon KTIPL's acknowledgment or midnight on the first business day following the notice receipt.
